Aurive Natural ships its products at the earliest, if your prepaid order is undelivered by our courier partner due to any circumstances then 1 more reattempt will be done from our side without any charges, and for the reattempt customer have to call at +91 7890030603 at the earliest within 12 hours (Operational Hours 10 am -6 pm ) ,*NOTE*- calls will be auto recorded as we required to submit it at our partner portal for reattempting the undelivered product, if even after reattempting the product was undelivered/or you fail to take the delivery, then in next order no discount will be applicable and it will be reshipped with the remaining due balance as cod or prepaid as per customer choice. NOTE - *NO MONEY REFUND*
